I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) through the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life transitions, relational stress, and moments of overwhelm or change.
I don’t believe in perfection—and I don’t expect it from my clients. Life can be messy, complicated, and beautiful all at once. My approach is warm, grounded, and human. I feel genuinely honoured to walk alongside people in whatever season they’re in. I value inclusivity, cultural humility, and showing up as a real person in the room (or on the screen).
